Sean before @ 505 pounds!!!

I was always searching for a simple means to lose weight, while completely ignoring the habits and behaviors that kept me near, at, or above 500 pounds for almost 20 years. I simply suppressed those habits and behaviors long enough to enjoy temporary results on whatever plan I was doing at the moment, then I'd gain it all back when I returned to my old ways.
Sean after losing 258 pounds!!!

I eat what I like, and never anything I don't. I've lost 258 pounds and I haven't had a single salad. The difference is in the portion sizes, and that's what this approach has taught me; for the first time, I know what a normal portion of anything really looks like.

5 Reasons to Exercise

5 Reasons to Exercise
It's not just about losing weight...

If you're like most people, you start exercising with one or two goals in mind: losing weight, or shaping up. But there are many more benefits:

1. People who exercise live longer, on average, than people who don't.

2. Active people have a lower risk of dying from heart disease and stroke, and they're less likely to get high blood pressure.

3. The more active you are, the lower your risk of colon cancer.

4. The less active you are, the higher your risk of getting type 2 diabetes. If you already have type 2 diabetes, exercise can lower your blood sugar levels.

5. In people with arthritis, moderate exercise helps reduce joint swelling and pain and improves mobility.
