Got a 7 Day Pass @ 24 Hour Fitness...Thanks Dan. ~ Stationary Bike - 12 mins ~ Treadmill - 22 mins ~ Weights 20 mins ~ Treadmill 25 mins = Total 1 Hour 20 mins ~ Burned more than 500 calories.
